1. Adoption of Order
The order must contain the name and address of the sender's name and address, telephone number of sender and recipient, sender email address, weight and dimensions of the shipment.

2. Taking over and shipping
The carrier takes the goods from a shipper mostly at the address specified in the order, or on a pre-arranged place. Each consignment must be properly packed in such a way that during transport to minimize potential damage to the consignment. Consignment must be packed in a rigid container. Consignments which requires careful treatment must be marked in a proper manner. The carrier is not liable for any damage caused by improper packing sender or select the item. The carrier delivers the shipment to the recipient's address specified in the order.

3. Transport of cargo
A shipment usually takes 2-5 days from receipt of the consignment and may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, delayed ferry, extremely bad weather, etc.
Each consignment must contain no weapons, explosives, and sporty materials, drugs, narcotics, cigarettes, alcohol, perishable products require special transport conditions.
For the consignment shall be fully responsible to the consignor.

4. Payment shipping
Shipping is paid in cash in Euros.
